15Five Company Wide Retreat in Venice, Italy
Venice, Italy, with its timeless allure and unique meeting spaces, provided the perfect picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable 5-day corporate retreat designed for 350 guests arriving from all corners of the globe.
Highlights included arrival by boat, cultural activities and a themed costume party on a rooftop with panoramic views of the canals and San Marco Square.

Shaper's Grove Retreat in Joshua Tree
Hosted at Frank Sinatra’s Old Villa just outside Joshua Tree we produced the first Shaper’s Grove Entrepreneur Retreat.
Programming included a sunrise breakfast in Joshua Tree, panel discussions, speaker series, sound bath experience, dance class, HIIT training, pickle ball, light painting and concluding with a “Desert Nomad” themed outdoor dinner.
A private Chef prepared incredible meals throughout the event.

This annual event brings together members and partners from around the world to discuss and collaborate on ways to create meaningful environmental impact.
Through workshops, presentations, and networking opportunities, attendees can learn about the progress that our members and partners are making, environmental challenges and solutions, as well as connect with each other in person.

Connecting a 200 person team working from 3 offices and 3 continents for a high impact week of workshops, speakers and connection.
Highlights from this 5 day event included Tuesday’s party co-created with the team, morning yoga, a talent show, Thursdays surprise off-site Bedouin style Party under the stars with various musical acts, a costume tent, hot springs and an incredible open air dinner.

Dharma Team Retreat in Sonoma, CA
Set against the backdrop of Napa Valley's idyllic landscape, this retreat to not only facilitate co-working and connection but also to evoke a sense of discovery and delight in a region renowned for its oenological treasures and gastronomic delights.
Between their visits to local restaurants, the group meals artfully crafted by a private chef at their private venue.

Music Video Challenge in New York
A team of executives were asked to identify the biggest issue facing remote teams, then compete in a pitch-off for the best solutions.
Each team was awarded prize money which they would be allowed to spend at a secret destination (a costume shop nearby).
Dressed as the superheroes that would solve the issues identified by the group, the group practiced and filmed a short music video alongside a professional choreographer. The event was hosted inside the iconic Empire State Building.

Teams had to rescue their boss in an action packed activity that promoted creative thinking and teamwork

Think "The Amazing Race" meets "Ready Player One." The groups were divided into teams and through a series of elaborate challenges were able to locate their kidnapped boss. The experience was designed to evoke a rainbow of emotions in a small amount of time. This "experiential reduction" served as the fuel for a post challenge deep dive/debrief which covered topics such as interpersonal dynamics, communication styles, problem solving skills, integrity, etc.

100 members of a VISA team collaborated to create an employee “user manual” with one page for each team member to help co-worker understanding. The program helped coworkers express their personality in a fun way, and produced a tangible resource that can be used to support future collaboration.

This 5 Day Corporate Retreat merged company strategy sessions with wellness and festival vibes. Activities included meditation, yoga, kayaking with manatees, dolphins and crocodiles, late night DJ sessions and even a costume boutique filled to the brim with costumes for late night fun on the dance floor.

Sometimes our team needs to think quick on our feet. We had plans for an elaborate raft building challenge in Sonoma, but the lakes became toxic with algae. Luckily we know the area like the back of our hand and were able to secure a last-minute spot at the Raceway. It did not disappoint. We faced fears, helped each other into our racesuits, rolled with laughter and celebrated accordingly.
